Squid 1.2beta19 strange announcement

Hello.

Our intranet squid does strange announcement as bellow.

1998/04/23 10:03:24| Sending Announcement to tracker.ircache.net

In my squid.conf, no cache_announce line,
because of this sentence.

# An 'announcement' message is sent (via UDP) to the registration
# service by Squid. By default, the annoucement message is NOT
# SENT unless you enable it with 'cache_announce' below.

How to stop this announcement message?
