Simple Questions Not In FAQ

Hello folks,

Now if I'm not mistaken there are some common questions not throughly
explained in the FAQ.

If a site is updated say 5 minutes after the cache engine has grabbed it,
what happens with that new content? Does it have to wait until the
cache's own timer decides it's time for a new one? Or may a user request
a new update by pressing reload?
