cache_dir size

Sory for this question, but if the command
df -k /some/cache/dir
reports:

/dev/dsk/cxtxdxsx 805070 9 724561 1% /some/cache/dir

what size should i set in the cache_dir directive ?

cache_dir /some/cache/dir 805 16 256 or
cache_dir /some/cache/dir 724 16 256 ?
