Yes. It is Squid HTTP method used in the same way as the standard HTTP
methods (GET/POST,...)

I have a shell script that tries to do most of the work. See
http://hem.passagen.se/hno/squid/1.2_migrate.html. The script is not
fully tested and I'd recommend doing some trials on experimental caches
before putting it in producion work. Comments are welcome (cc
