User groups

Hi Squiders:)

I look into sample .cfg but there is acl based on ident user...
   "acl aclname user username ... # string match on ident output"

May i make auth user type acl??

My problem is to make a user groups with external auth. program... May I use
2 or more passwd files same time?

And bulid rule like:
users from first auth file permit all sites and files
users from second file deny .exe .zip between 8-22h?

10x for any help and suggestions...
