Perhaps Squid could automatically email the web masters of this fact
or a quickly and dirty script can run through the cache.log and email the web
masters :)

I'm sure they'd do something about it if all these proxy servers start
filling up their mail box with emails stating their web pages are broken :)

BUT: I found this one though and not sure whether it is generated by squid
or the site itself? hmm...
