Here's the headers from the first document:

HTTP/1.0 200 OK
Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1
Age: 0

I suspect it's that 'Age: 0' that's stuffing it up. That would indicate
that the document is dynamically generated, and it would be expired very
quickly.
