See your access log when requesting the stats you are after, then use
the client program (or another HTTP client capable of proxying generic
protocols) to request the same objects.
cachemgr.cgi is only a small frontend to Squids internal statistics. All
statistics pages it presents it retreives from Squid using HTTP and
pretty-formats them somewhat to be human readable.
