jesred , squid and the bad cache

Hi,
   
i'm using jesred 1.2 and squid 2.2-Stable3.
My problem is, that squid answers with web-sides from the cache
first and if there are no matching sides in the cache, then
he redirect the requests urls via jesred.
   
The test was, clearing the cache -> all would be redirected
turning of the redirection -> squid caches requestet sides
turning on the redirection -> squid answers with cached sides
