error:missing-http-ident

While looking at the logs I get entries like the following:
930712721.177 130 172.16.0.11 NONE/400 1467 GET error:missing-http-ident - NONE/- -

And it repeats every 60sec! At the moment there are only three clients (out of 15, but
that will definitly increase) that have this behaviour. Another side effect is
that (/var/log/messages):
Jun 30 05:21:33 proxy squid[20548]: clientReadRequest: FD 28 Invalid Request
Jun 30 05:21:41 proxy last message repeated 2 times
Jun 30 05:22:41 proxy last message repeated 3 times
Jun 30 05:23:41 proxy last message repeated 3 times
Jun 30 05:24:41 proxy last message repeated 3 times

All I know is that the client possibly run Windows 98. Anybody experiencing the
same? Any suggestions what I should tell them? - install Linux ;-)
