HTTP/0.0 200 OK

I was testing Squid 2.3.DEVEL2 when i suddenly discovered that it
returns 0.0 as the HTTP version on the status line:

  telnet our-cache-server.uit.no 3128
  GET http://www.somename.no/ HTTP/1.1

  HTTP/0.0 200 OK

I have tried many different URL's and I always get 0.0 returned as the
HTTP-version. Have anyone else seen this on 2.3.DEVEL2?
