log file

Hi all,
        I'm new to squid cache. Can somebody explain or point me to some
document about the content of the access.log file? I want to know what the
each column means. For example:

929116217.814 793 198.110.219.0 TCP_MISS/302 551 GET
http://www.isc.org/ - DIRECT/www.isc.org text/html

929116218.378 540 198.110.219.0 TCP_MISS/200 7205 GET
http://www.isc.org/frontdoor.cgi? - DIRECT/www.isc.org text/html

929116218.505 207 198.110.219.0 TCP_HIT/200 625 GET
http://www.isc.org/images/stripblue.gif - NONE/www.isc.org image/gif

what is TCP_MISS, TCP_HIT, DIRECT, NONE, etc meant?
