How to setup proxy use on 100 windows boxes?

Hi,

Is there a way to setup a proxy on ca 120 win box'es? (98, ie4/5)

Is there a register key I may set or a java script I may put on a
web page and tell everyone to visit it?

A bat file i may run on the machines by hand is also ok, but please
don't tell me that i need to do it by hand on all the boxes?
