ipchains -A input -p tcp -j REDIRECT 8080 -s 192.168.1.0/24 -d default/0 80

        I'm using 8080 instead of the default port, but that should not be a problem
(replace it with your actual port).

        In squid.conf take care of these:

httpd_accel_host virtual
httpd_accel_port 80
httpd_accel_with_proxy on
httpd_accel_uses_host_header on
