Thats a tuff question.

The best you currently can do is to PURGE the most important pages, and
add a suitable refresh_pattern setting to squid.conf. However, keep in
mind that it is important that the dates of your servers are correct, or
freshness checks will fail with false positives.

Squid's cache isn't organized in a way which makes site or pattern based
forced revalidations easy. The only tools available is the PURGE method
for removing individual URL's from the cache, and the refresh_pattern
configuration to tune Squids expiry calculation heuristics on objects
without an explicit expiry time.
