I don't think you're talking about debugging, but rather normal logging.
You can disable user-agent logging at configure time.
./configure --disable-useragent-log
But that should be logged into its own file. If you don't want to
reconfigure and recompile, you can point it at /dev/null - i think that's
in the FAQ somewhere.

That should be a trivial task to hack out of the source, even if it is not
configurable at compile time.
