SNMP Port

Hi all,

I tried to use snmp on my squid-2.2stable5 with freebsd-3.3 box.
I configure snmp at squid.conf, like this:

snmp_port 3401
forward_snmpd_port 0
acl public snmp_community public
snmp_access allow public localhost
snmp_access deny all
snmp_incoming_address 0.0.0.0
snmp_outgoing_address 0.0.0.0

after it done,I restart squid....then I got this on my console "Cannot
Open Outgoing SNMP Port" and the squid was die.
How do I fix this problem ? any help would be great.
