Use ipchains in stead of ipfwadm to set up the masq. proxy, that's a lot more
flexible, etc... then ipfwadm.

Maybe you can use the httport program to go over your squid proxy!! This tool
can handle all tcp-applications to work over a http proxy.
It works with HTTPS and works basicly the same as a program that supports https
proxy (like ICQ, etc...) You only have to make shure you didn't deny HTTPS
requests on your proxy.
