Running 2.2S5 on Solaris 2.6 with async i/o. Compiled with gcc 2.8.1. It
appears that cache files are occasionally getting opened and are never
closing. I currently have 49 filedescriptors that never close. This is
not a case of filedescriptors closing and then being used for other
files. They are always pointing to the same filename.
