rewriting html file

Hi, all.

I want to write some comments in all html files which was transfered through
squid proxy server.

For example, like follow.

<html>
    <head>
        <!-- this page was transfered by squid_2.2_STABLE... -->
        <title> example html </title>
            .
            .
            .
    </head>
    <body>
            .
            .
            .
            .
    </body>
</head>

How can I write comments in html file?
Anybody Help Me..
