TIMEOUT again

Hallo Squid-Users,

 i use SQUID2.3.STABLE1 with 2 MBit to the internet. As parent-proxies
 (not caching, no-query) i use phttpd from IBM.

Whats about TIMEOUT_DEFAULT_PARENT ???

root@xf0308ta:/var/log/squid>fgrep TIMEOUT access.log|wc
1412 14120 245507

root@xf0308ta:/var/log/squid>wc access.log
29218 292184 4472904 access.log

Every 20th transmission get a TIMEOUT-problem. Is this a problem of
squid, phttpd or the remote servers. Or is that a "normal" value ???
