Iptunnel??

Hi,
        I am trying to implement wccp on our router and squidbox, however I am
missing iptunnel. I can find it in an RPM, but the RPM needs an updated
lib file, which is basically a reinstall on the redhat box in question,
something i do not wish to do. IS there anyone who can send me the binary
precompiled (rh 5.1) or the source??
