[SQU] Parent Proxy

Hi,

I installed another squid as my parent proxy and it
worked well. When I experimented a non-squid parent
proxy (winroute), my request http requests users only
the child proxy (squid) but not reach the winroute.
What ICP port should I use? Any problem with my
configuration?
