[SQU] Stopping Large Downloads during Peak times

Hi

I would like to stop Large Downloads during peak times.
I know how stop all "zip" & "exe" downloads, but is it possible to stop a
download based on size?

To stop exe's & zip's I have the following:

acl LargeFiles url_regex -i "/etcsq/filetype.txt"
acl workTime time MTWHF 10:00-15:59
http_access deny workTime LargeFiles
http_access allow all
