[SQU] AIX : storeAufsOpenDone: (11) Resource temporarily unavailable after restart

Hello !

on my AIX server (4.3.2) running squid 2.3 Stable4 ( compiled w/ gcc 2.95)
configured with --enable-asyncio I have some problems:

after stoping/restart a server that is running fine , I often have the problem described bellow:

this happened to me twice:

1) one machine was running low on network ressource ( mbuff).
and caused no paged to be served ( but no messsage :"storeAufsOpenDone: (11) Resource temporarily
unavailable"
 squid was stopped.
the machine rebooted. but suqid was giving the error message "storeAufsOpenDone: (11) Resource
temporarily unavailable"

2) the second time, it was after resizing ( shrinking) the size of the cache_dir on an other
server....
this is the extract bellow.

I have read something about the size of the async queue:
   if too many files have to be be deleted at once ( like what happens when shrinking cache_dir )
   the asyncIO queue is full and genererates error messages ...
could this be the problem???

have you solved your problem ? how ? can you give me your smit aio settings ?
have you tuned something else ?
