[SQU] redirected downloads

hi folks!

i've the following problem:

in one of our offices there is a xDSL-link with 1 gb download-limit. i want
all users of this office to be auto-redirected to another proxy (connected
with a slow leased line, unlimited) if they try to download specially files,
for example .exe, .zip, .mov etc.

which files my users try to download i can check out with ACL. but how to
redirect them to the other proxy??
