  hallo robert (nehme an, du sprichst deutsch (GMX.AT))

  folgender lösungsvorschlag für dein problem:
  cache_peer 80.160.102.49 parent 8080 0

  acl FILES urlpath_regex -i \.exe$

  cache_peer_access 80.160.102.49 allow FILES

  cache_peer_access 80.160.102.49 deny all

  never_direct deny !FILES

  in dieser konfig werden alle exe-files über einen anderen proxy (80.160.102.49) geladen. ändere den reg-ausdruck auf deinen benötigten URLS und es sollte tun, was du erwartest.
