[SQU] second scsi

Hello All!
I have installed second scsi in my system...every thing is fine but since
it has been installed on the system cache space is not increasing. I mean
when ever I use df -h then second scsi /squid2 show me it is 3% used.
I have made the enteries in squid.conf

cache_dir ufs /squid2 17400 32 256
& refresh pattern is
refresh_pattern . 999999 100% 999960
device is mounted properly...can any one tell what is the problem?
