[SQU] squid not returning some gifs correctly.

for some reason, squid isn't returning gifs correctly on
one particular URL. the gifs never appear, and the browser
just sort of spins it's wheels.

the url it's choking on is dynamically created...
i've tried several no_cache entries but no luck.

note: the same URL works fine on squid-2.3 stable2. squid doesn't
        choke on it.

current setup.

squid-2.3 stable4
linux-2.2.18
reiserfs cache disks.
