You're running a -current box, unfortunately that means sometimes having a
bumpy ride. Looks like there might have been some troubles merging in the
newer version of IPFilter, I've just compiled this same version of Squid
on a more -current box without any problems. Upgrade your box to slightly
newer state and it should work no problem.
