[SQU] cache_peer problem

I have the follwoing problem:
I have an acl test and within it
cache_perr ..... no-query
never_direct allow test
always_direct deny test

The problem is that
if the acl is matched
The locally cached objects are not used?

with the parent enabled I get
TCP_CLIENT_REFRESH_MISS
with the acl commendted out
i get TCP_IMS_HIT

Any help would be highly appreciated.
