These files are only present if you are running ipfilter.
If you are not running ipfilter, you do not need ipf-transparent.
Squid will handle the "default" way of transparent connections.
If you are running ipchains/ipfwadm under linux, or ipfw under
FreeBSD, you don't need any extra compile options to enable
transparent proxying under squid. (You will need squid.conf
entries though. :-)
If you are running the new ip netfilter code in Linux,
you will need to compile with --enable-linux-netfilter.
