[squid-users] commBInd error

I am getting the requested pages through Squid normallly. But I am having these like enteries in cache.log many.

2001/06/06 23:34:33| commBind: Cannot bind socket FD 15 to 64.12.151.216:0: (99) Cannot assign requested address
2001/06/06 23:34:40| commBind: Cannot bind socket FD 15 to 204.71.200.67:0: (99) Cannot assign requested address
2001/06/06 23:34:49| commBind: Cannot bind socket FD 15 to 216.115.106.35:0: (99) Cannot assign requested address
2001/06/06 23:34:52| commBind: Cannot bind socket FD 17 to 202.56.239.231:0: (99) Cannot assign requested address
