[squid-users] Addendum to FAQ 11.46 (Squid uses 100% of CPU)

I had a problem where the redirector processes were taking 100% of the CPU,
without the redirector executable actually getting started. Turns out the
problem was incorrect protections on /dev/null; it wasn't world-writeable.
Making it writeable fixed the problem. This might be noted in the FAQ.
