We use general blocking with squidguard and implemented local blocking for
the local administrators blocking country specific information.
# Local blocking (general blocking is done with squidguard on the parent
caches)
acl block dstdom_regex -i "/etc/squid/block.txt"
http_access deny block
deny_info sorry.htm block
->add to the file block.txt www.doubleclick.net
