RE: [squid-users] autoconf

That usually appears when your aclocal.m4 is out of sync with the
installed automake (Have a look at the automake list archives). Are you
planning to do development of squid? If not, you should grab the
squid-cache.org CVS copy, which has the configure and makefile.in files.
