The web server is MS IIS 5.0 and no restrictions on POST have been placed
checked the access.log & cache.log for errors concerning the post and it
is showing the data as going through but for some reason it does not seem
to be processed.
also check on the CGI timeout issue in the logs and all it is say is the
server didn't respond in a timely fashion
