[squid-users] Problem's with SSL....help

Had a search through the archive mailing list but sorry it hasn't helped!

I am getting access denied everytime I try to go to a secure web site like
www.thetrainline.com.

It was working about a week ago and I have done various config changes
since then but I cannot seem to get it working anymore.

Below is the latest version of the conf file, if anyone can help as I'm
pulling my hair out, oh yes I'm running squid 2.4.STABLE6.
