I am using Squid 2.5S1 + SquidGuard (db files are over 3.1M). I rotate
squid logs every night because logs are getting very big. How can i
rotate log without restarting squid+squidGuard (because squid does that
when you use squid -k rotate syntax) ? The problem with syntax squid -k
rotate is that when running it the mrtg goes crazy because loads gets
over 10 and it looks like were getting over 7000 server request / sec .
Hardware is
P4 1.6Ghz
1.5G ram
Debian 3.0
