[squid-users] 2 squid versions and cache on the same m/c

Hi All,
Can I have 2 versions of squid running on the same m/c and sharing the same
cache dirs.
I am having squid-2.3 and squid-2.5 stable 1 with the cache dirs. initially
built by squid-2.3 .
I want both of them running on different ports sharing the same cache dirs
?any other problems to be foreseen ?
