[squid-users] Squid. How to interrupt active connections?

Hi.

Is there any possibility to interrupt current active connections for group of users (for all users) in squid without using squid k shutdown ?

P.S. squid k reconfigure (killall HUP squid / killall SIGHUP squid) does not close active connection, such as ICQ.
