[squid-users] Squid dying out

Hi,

I'm using Squid 2.4 STABLE6.
I find that Squid dies out on its own.

From the cache log:

I can tell there's something quite wrong, but I can't figure out how to
correct it. Can anyone please help?
If the configuration file is required, I'm willing to post it.
(Squid is servicing a 150-175 node network.)
