[squid-users] msn messenger is not blocking

Hello everyone I have squid-2.5 stabel is installed
I successfully blocked yahoo and msn messengers about
2 months ago. But about I came to know that users are
still
using msn and yahoo messengers I have searched a lot
but I could not figure out the problem.and also i am
unable to access the internet from my proxy server.
