[squid-users] squid idea possibility

As you can probably tell by me posting this, I have a problem. I want
to have users authenticate only for port 80 traffic. For all other
ports I want traffic to pass through as there were no proxy.
I'm not too good with the ACLs yet. I know that if there's an answer
it lies (at least partly) with the ACLs. Is this possible, and if so
does anyone know how to do it?
