[squid-users] Problem when access to this website

Dear all,

Please help me to solve this issue.
I had this error message during access below website. I check already
the address block list and none is match with below URL but still squid
proxy cannot access to that website. I remove address block list and the
same
result happen. The error at IE and Firefox came out operation timeout.
Without proxy access to that website is fine.
