Squid-2.5.STABLE11 released

Squid-2.5.STABLE11 has now been released and is available from our server

   http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/v2/2.5/
   ftp://ftp.squid-cache.org/pub/squid-2/STABLE/

and should be available from the mirrors shortly.

This release fixes several major stability issues found in the earlier
2.5.STABLE10 release, and quite a few other minor or cosmetic things.
Users or earlier releases are recommended to upgrade.
