OK i recompiled squid with options:
Squid Cache: Version 2.6.STABLE9

'--enable-kill-parent-hack'
Kernel is 2.6.16.18 with epoll compiled in,
But cpu load is still too high:

Linux top command show load oabout 60-99% and is visible latency with
browsing sites,
