If your system or process FD limits are lower than what Squid believes it
to be, then yup. It'll get unhappy.
(It generally won't be the process FD lmits being lower than Squid's as
Squid does check what the process FD limits are on startup. But any other
type of system or user-wide FD limits could mess things up.)
