[squid-users] dividing traffic between 2 links

i will have 2 links from polish telecom that i dedicate to WWW traffic,
and want to divide the traffic from network users.

will acl like that work?:

acl srceven 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.1
acl srcodd 0.0.0.1/0.0.0.1
