Pretty much any command line client will do fine.. wget / squidclient /
curl, etc...
wget --no-cache ...
squidclient -r
curl -H "Cache-Control: no-cache"
With squidclient you can also tell Squid to forget about the cached file
without fetching a new copy
squidclient -m PURGE http://....
(subject to http_access restrictions)
